No. In Saudi Arabia, Zakat and tax services and audits are provided by SOCPA-licensed firms. We set up Zoho Books so your records and VAT reports are accurate, and work alongside your licensed accountant or auditor.

ZATCA brings businesses into Phase 2 (integration with FATOORA) in waves by revenue, and notifies each business in advance. The current wave covers businesses with VAT-subject revenue above SAR 187,500, with integration due by 1 February 2027. We configure Zoho Books so you are ready before your deadline.

VAT registration is mandatory when taxable supplies exceed SAR 375,000 in 12 months, and voluntary above SAR 187,500. Zoho Books tracks your taxable turnover so you can see when you are approaching the limit.

Yes. Setup, migration and training are done online through video calls and screen sharing, for businesses anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
