Tax Compliance

GST Registration, Return Filing & Notice Support

We manage your complete GST compliance — from registration to monthly filing to annual returns. Every return is filed accurately, on time, and with ITC reconciled before every filing, which keeps the risk of penalties and notices low.

Overview

Clarity at every step

GST mistakes rarely show up immediately; they surface months later as mismatched credit, interest or a notice. We handle registration and amendments, prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B every month or quarter under QRMP, and reconcile your purchase register with GSTR-2B before every filing so you claim only credit that will hold up. At year end we prepare the annual return and reconciliation statement where they apply, and we set up e-invoicing and e-way bills if your turnover requires them. If you have pending returns or have received a notice, we bring filings up to date and draft a documented reply.

Common questions

Good to know

Yes. We manage the full registration process and set up your filing calendar from day one.

We can bring past filings up to date and respond to notices with proper documentation.

A late fee applies for each day of delay (lower for nil returns, and capped), and interest at 18% a year is charged on tax paid late. Late filing also delays your customers' input tax credit, which can affect relationships. We file before the due date so neither applies.

Not any more. The tax liability auto-filled in GSTR-3B from GSTR-1 can no longer be edited, so errors have to be fixed in GSTR-1 or GSTR-1A before GSTR-3B is filed. That is why we check GSTR-1 carefully before it goes in.

E-invoicing applies if your aggregate turnover has exceeded ₹5 crore in any financial year from 2017-18 onwards. We check your turnover history and, if it applies, set up e-invoicing in Zoho Books so invoices get their IRN automatically.
